The hotel is connected to the Short Pump shopping complex and has plenty of restaurants, shops and other services. Everything you can think of from American chain stores and strip malls is both within walking distance or a short drive away. Breakfast had a pretty good selection, some more healthy options would be nice. At the time we visited it was plenty of seating and space. Free parking anywhere around the area. It can never be full here. Spacious rooms that have a nice layout and are well equipped. We had some problems connecting with WiFi, but it worked ok in the end. Had to keep reconnecting. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Smooth check in and checkout using the Hyatt app. It’s a quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants at Short Pump Town Center. The room was a nice size and it’s always nice to have a larger fridge and real appliances if needed. Would definitely stay here again. Also the price was much more reasonable than other hotels in the area. There was a decent hot breakfast available as well and there was always coffee and water in the lobby.

room was very large and nice view out to the woodland . Bed very comfortable and a good shower . Receptionist very friendly and two restaurant recommendations for Lehja and Firebirds were excellent and within walking distance . The hotel is situated right next to the major mall so very good .

Convenient to highway, location great for shopping and eating (Shopping Center property) including a Boathouse restaurant connected to the hotel, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, eating area, laundry room upstairs, hot breakfast in the morning and bar in the evening

The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly! They were both named Chris though I'm not sure of the specific spelling of their names. Not many places are you greeted with such pleasant smiles and we truly appreciated it.
